OK here I am again in a major crunch and i am having troubles with cineform. I discovered that I can't export to m2t because cineform is having problems with some kind of licensing issues. So I went back to premier pro 1.5 to do my project. I also have aspect hd 4.3.2. installed I have my project ready to export to m2t but now there is no 1.333 aspect ratio in the new drop down menu. I an using a Sony fx1 so i need that ratio.
Here's the options that I have.
Square Pixels (1.0)
D1/DV NTSC (0.9)
D1/DV NTSC Widescreen 16:9 (1.2)
D1/DV PAL (1.067)
D1/DV PAL Widescreen 16:9 (1.896)
Anamorphic 2:1 (2.0)
D4/D16 Standard (0.948)
D4/D16 Widescreen 16:9 (1.896)
I remember in previous versions of cineform you would type in the aspect ration manually. I tried installing and old version of aspect hd but the menu stays the same. I also tried to export to tape form the timeline and I got a message (Do I want to export a previously rendered m2t file) When I say no the export window closes and nothing happens.
I can't believe that I am spending another weekend trying to get cineform to work the way the folks at cineform advertise.
