In what time line in vegas do you edit 30f footage and how do u render the final video for dvd?
Another question, what shuter speed do you use in camera for 30f?

Not sure about your Vegas question, but typically I shoot 30F at at 1/60th shutter.

Use the HDV 30p in the timeline.
