I have a need for a top-quality, motion compensated 50/60 and 60/50 Hz HD conversion solution, and I'm a Vegas user.

I assume that Vegas simply adds or drops frames natively. I'm interested in something along the lines of a Snell & Wilcox Alchemist Ph.C - HD conversion; however, I can do it offline, so I can use software, rather than hardware.

I'm wondering if such a beast is available as a Vegas plug-in.
