Munster said in a research note that it is likely that Apple will release an iPod that more closely resembles the iPhone, with many of that device's touchscreen functions, but without the iPhone's wireless phone or Internet features. Munster doubts the iPhone will steal customers away from the iPod because "most of the current iPod base is simply looking for a better iPod."
