i have the HD1A , and as you know it`s not very good in low light conditions.
i was thinking of building an external light source that will be attached to the camera by the tripod connector.
what do you think?
will it help?

I bought one of these today. Looks like just whay I've been looking for.
Wish I had known about this attachment before, when I used my HD2 at my daughter's wedding.
