I've noticed that with Zebras set at 100 IRE on my XL2, while connected to my laptop via firewire with DV-Rack software, that the two IRE levels do not match. In other words, I get zebras on my XL2 long before the DV-Rack waveform monitor indicates areas approaching 100 IRE.

Is this a scaling thing with the waveform monitor? It appears that the XL2 and DV-Rack waveform monitor are off by 20 IRE or so.

Any thoughts?
