Hi everybody,
I recently shot a theatrical production and came home to find some blocky "noise" randomly throughout the video. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on this. I assume the heads need to be cleaned and wanted to find out if the method recommended in the manual that came with the camera is really the right thing to do. It says to use the Canon DVM-CL Digital Video Head Cleaning Cassette. Should I use this or try to clean the heads by hand? Also, I shot this in LP mode and wondered if that might have been partially responsible. Anybody have an idea about this? Thanks alot!
