A search of the Sony forum turned up suggestions for AVIedit (http://www.am-soft.ru/) (a video editor and capture utility) and Panopticum Lens (http://www.panopticum.com/vegas/lens/lens.shtml) (says it's for Vegas 4 though).

Don't After Effects' Bulge, Spherize, or Optics Compensation filters work? Alternatively, you can use Tinderbox's T_lens filter, if you have it. The options are many.
