Hi all. . .

I'd love to know what the experiences people are having with the HVX and the Brevis. I'd also like to know if a large bass has swallowed Dennis Wood of Brevis as I haven't been able to get ANY emails from these folks despite several attempts over weeks. I'm trying to buy their product, but to no avail. Either they are doing very well, very poorly, or at last I'm getting the respect I truly deserve. :-)

Anyway, I'm very frustrated with the edge-to-edge sharpness issue with the Redrock M2 and am looking to go a different direction. Maybe someone will see fit to take my money.

:-)

Hola,

Wondering if anyone has some pictures of their rig with the HVX - Brevis - Monitor set-up?

I am unsure what size length rails to get and what shoulder mount as well -- seeing if anyone has some ideas/plugs for the gear they dig for this camera and adapter.

I also have a Marshall 7" monitor and don't necessarily want to put it on top of the camera -- thinking it would be better suited somewhere off of the camera/rails. My DP will be doing focusing himself for a docu-drama project, so maybe a one-hand-free-shoulder mount, but again, I am just not sure which one works best.

Basically, any ideas or recommendations/pictures of ideal camera set-ups would be huge as I am unsure which rail system to buy/that would work best for the HVX - Brevis - Marshall set-up.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Cheers,
Justin

Justin, we've got the XH-A1 for testing here..and use the Marshall as well. These shots (http://www.cinevate.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=428) are of the stainless rails system, and we now have heavy-wall 15mm carbon systems (http://www.cinevate.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=924).
