ive recorded some audio but it seems to sound a little hollow and it echos a fraction. Is there anything I can do to make it sound better?
I have Adobe soundbooth, premiere and after effects

Golden Rule No.1 : Get the microphone closer to the sound source.

Also, if indoors, don't record in a room with too many hard reflective surfaces. Use sound-deadening material such as blankets etc to cover walls and ceilings and floors as much as possible. Shotun mic designs particularly do not "react" well to reflective surfaces due to low-frequency's (particularly) bouncing off surfaces and inducing phase problems which can make mics sound hollow and unnatural.

Since you have already broken the 'Golden Rule". EQ may help. Roll off 250 hz and boost 2.5 kHz on a graphic equalizer or parametric EQ.

There is a method described by Bob Grant buried in another thread. Recorded echo such a common problem--most of us have slipped up on this at one time or another--that I decided to start a new thread with this as the main topic. I'm going to to that now.
