I'm waiting for my single channel unit to arrive and have a few questions. The manual seems skimpy on information.
Is the body pack transmitter able to provide phantom power to condenser microphones, and if so, what is the voltage? I know the butt plug provides 12v, but what about the body pack transmitter? If so, would the phantom power create problems if I were to plug a self powered microphone or a mixer (at mic level) into the input of the transmitter?
Does anybody know of a good source for adapter cables for those Hirose connectors? I know AT makes an XLR to 4-pin cable, and a mini-XLR to full size, but I could really use an attenuator cable that goes from XLR to 4-pin Hirose, as it would be very handy to use the system with an SD MM1.
