I downloaded Neo HDV trail and I am very interested in buying it. The problem is that, a pop up window with the message "The parameter is incorrect" appears randomly. Sometimes I just click ok and the capture keeps on without any problem, but sometimes it crashes and Neo justs down.
Any ideas or similar problems?

Normally there is more information is an error message if it is coming from CineForm, often with cryptic line number and ten character error codes -- while not very user friendly, they are very helpful to CineForm. I you have more information please follow up, but I've never heard of that message, nor does that string exist in our code base. Try an uninstall then a re-install, just in case. Your are also welcome to file a trouble ticket at cineform.com/support.

I reinstalled and the exact error keeps popping up from time to time.
But now another error is ocurring, this is what the log says:
Error (0x3)during conversion (hr = 080070070). Resuming
It keeps on resuming and resuming without capturing anything
Thanks for the reply

Again there are no lines numbers in the error, nor is that error number in any of our docs. Please file a trouble ticket with cineform.com/support. Note: googling "80070070" says you are running out of disk space -- that might be it.
