Is it possible real time editing in PPro 2.0?
I have files captured from Beta SP tape to FCP
through Black Magic Decklink SP card as black magic DV PAL
QT Movie. Premier machine, OHCI with NVidea FX Quadro 1500
for video preview.Is it possible to edit these file with simple effects( dissolve etc..) and export to MPEG format.

You won't get real time editing of a Quicktime file. Close maybe. Macs and PCs just are not that compatible.
