I shot this video sometime ago to test the A1+35mm adapter's low light capabilities (it has 6db gain):

This was a video poetry project that I thought got lost when I lost my hard drive sometime ago. I managed to save some of the material and came up a limited edition:

Very nice. I like the mood and editing to the beat of the music. The low light footage is much better than I expected when you said you shot it at 6db gain.
I see a lot of noise in my shots at 6db.

quite pretty. Both pieces...I especially liked "my lovely head". Which adapter are you using?...curious because I'm not getting anything like this in Low light with my letus XL.

Thanks guys. The color on the corridor piece was actually achieved by "tricking" the white balance. All I did on post was to mess with the levels a little bit. I can't recall which preset I used, but I think it was #7 (which is good for low light stuff). The lenses I used were a 28mm f1.8, a 50mm f1.8 and a 85mm f1.8. I lost a lot of material with a damaged hard disk though. I managed to save some of it, but some crucial shots were lost. This was not a good IT year for me :-(
The adapter was built by an uncle of mine and it has a vibrating mechanism that probably help me get rid of the grain.

Hello Rafael,
I was quite impressed by your prueba con poca luz movie. Lovely images. Can you tell what song it is? What's the name of the band?
Thanks! Beautiful work, congratulations!

Thanks, Eugene. The band's name is Koop and the theme is Hellsbells . Try getting your hands on their first album. It's called waltz for koop. Amazing.

Sorry, Amr, I don't have any pictures of this setup. I can say that I own a brevis and a letus35A and you can achieve this look with both of them. I'm not sure the letus would be able to handle the extreme low light on the corridor though...
