why is it that when i place some sound on the music track (6) it won't move with the video when i move with select to end?i'm guessing there is an easy way,just can't find it.

These are separate events, right?
If so, click on one of them, shift-click the other one and group them by hitting the G key.
To ungroup them again, do the same thing but use the U (Ungroup) key.
