anyone try using an HD-P2 to record 24 bit audio alongside an HD-110U? I'm having trouble with audio sync in PPro2 - it's impossible to match them. I've been capturing through vlan to get the original m2t from the tape, as PPro2 only does mpg, otherwise everything is standard. I'm wondering if the 24p frame rate of 23.976 is a bit off?

after a great deal of experimentation, i discovered that vlc was dropping frames. the tascam began tracking perfectly with the hd110u - when i began using cineform's hdlink to capture. since the hd110u has no timecode in or out, it's a good thing.
