Sony just announced new sets which support HDMI 1.3 and x.v.Color (xvYCC), which is for the wider color gamut. (Before this, the only set that supported this cost $33,000!)
So now footage taken with the HC7 (with x.v.Color enabled) can be displayed in all its glory directly on one of these sets.
I'm saving my pennies!
