I'm doing 3 hour videos shot on JVC HD110 in HD 720p 30fps.. edit in FCP and place my markers.. end video about 3 hours. rendering on a 24" imac with Duo core 2ghz intels with 1 gig of memory....sooo...

Questons:

1. What tends to be the best export of FCP to be dropped into DVD studio pro with markers? Quicktime movie/compresser MPG2? tried both about 10 hours render..

2. Then what seems to be best for DVD studio Pro? widescreen/anamoprhic 4:3 letterbox.. again.. final time is another 10 hours..

HDV to FCP to DVD Studio Pro to anamorphic SD DVD... best results, miniimum render time? anyone?

FCP > Export Quicktime Movie > Compressor > DVD Best Quality Preset > DVDSP
