I'm doing some live shooting where the footage will be projected onto a big screen(live), it's for a rave party.

Can someone recommend a really good trans/reciever that is very compact but provides shooting over a great distance without any interferance or loss in video/audio

That usually requires professional transmitters which tend to
be quite expensive. I suggest you look at companies that sell
beamers and things like that.

Jay,

Rik Sanchez does that same thing...transmitting live footage at clubs. He might chime in here to help you out.

In the meantime, check out this DVInfo.net thread. (http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/showthread.php?s=&postid=14235)

Also, I can't personally vouch for this product (http://www.shotwatcher.com/home.html)...but you might want to read more about it and see if it'll handle your needs. They say "We don't claim that it is broadcast quality, but it is close. The picture is sharp, reception is clear, but the chroma is just slightly less vibrant." Also, it broadcasts video only...no audio.

This is a pretty good system.

Our sponsers don't carry it. But I know a little girl that has good prices.
