how did you get it to 1280x720? isnt the footage a different ratio at 1440x1080?

I can`t download from this link, is it defective? When I try Rio_HV20_test footage 720p.mov it simply doesn`t do the download.

I have read that FCP has problems with HV20 cadance- is this a plug-in filter that solves the problem?

the original video was so much better,
the compressor H264 is fantastic, but
have some saturations problems..
