A few threads ago, there was a discussion on cutting to the beat. I try to make subtle, and not so subtle, speed adjustments to keep the feel that people are dancing to the beat, even thought the footage comes from different times in the night.
Thought I would post some dance footage to see if my technique is working! Shot on my Z1, some with slow shutter. Feel free to beat me up about it as usual.

I like it! Especially when people start singing along, I thought that was very cool. Your low-light footage turned out great! I think the clip is very effective at capturing the atmosphere of the night.

That's the best thing about doing Italian weddings here. Can't keep them in their seats, young and old...

Great cut, very well put together. I like how you used the song that the person was singing to. It adds to the piece. Great work.
