Ok, I made a camera shake preset for Adobe After Effects 7 Pro and i give it out for free in case anyone needs it.It isn't anything fancy but i think you can get the job done with it.

Download and put it in your presets folder.

To use it, just drag and drop it on one layer.

Then you will see 6 slider controls which of course can be keyframed.

The first 3 sliders control the position and the last 3 sliders control the rotation of the layer.
