At an outdoor wedding ,we were using a foam wind sreen on a giant squid/iriver set up on the groom. There were occasional wind gusts to
15mph ,the foam wind screen worked to some degree, but did'nt omit
all of the wind noise going over the mike. The audio was compromised
because of this condition. Is there a fuzzy lavalier wind sceen out
there some where??? or do any of the DVi group have any suggestions
for our situation?

Thanks as always,

This is not a fuzzy one, but is foam and I've used it at an outdoors receiving line and the audio was clean.

Don't forget that you might be able to fix some of the problem in post. A lot of the noise will be low-end rumble so you can use an equalizer to minimize the wind's impact on the speech.

Thanks to all for your fast response on lavalier wind sceens,
I will be checking in to these, this coming week.
FYI I did try equalization of audio at post , it helped some.

Thanks again
