I am relatively new to the HD Camcorder, but have ordered an HV 20. I was wondering if anyone had some advice on accessories - such as whick extra battery I should get, do you need filters on the lens and is there a difference using HD tapes vs regular mini Dv tapes? Any help would be appreciated.

I purchased the wide angle adapter and I think it is worth the money. Also two long life batteries and a good bag.
