I'm looking for an affordable VHS deck to make VHS dupes and also capture from VHS tapes furnished by clients into my Canopus DV Storm system. I've been looking at the Panasonic AG-2580 from B&H for $280. Can't pay a whole lot more. Can anybody comment on this selection?

For about $150, I got a JVC HR S3911U S-VHS with s-video in and out. Check with Circuit City. Actually, the only one they had was on the shelf. I took that one, and they gave it to me for $119. It's the small victories that I live for :)
