I just came back from shopping a HV20 at Yodobashi Camera sicne Pro Video Station Shinjuku told me that HV20 is out of stock at Canon due to the popular demand! Congratulation Canon! It's a big hit.

I'm going to practice shooting at 24p as much as I can to get into cinema making. I have some clips from XL H1, XH G1 and HVX200 at 24frame, so I'm going to try matching colors and video with new shots I'm shooting with HV20. Especially, I would like to build up some know-how to combine HVX200 overcranked clips with HV20's 24f. I'm going to use HV20 to shoot general shots and shoot HVX200 with very fast casts moving.

Hey Kaku - great to hear from you - Can you indicate how you think the HV20 is gonna work for your mountainbiking videos?

Best,
Mark in Toronto

Hi Mark, long time no see.

HV20 is going to be used for more static shots without much panning. The idea is to shoot something with filmish camera work (decipline myself to shoot like film cam) and my timeline would be 24p, too. For fast motions, I would use HVX200 with 60 over 24p.
