We are shooting in HDV 60i while here we have 50Hz power. The footage we captured from two days' filming is showing flickering in areas of the background that were lit by fluorescent tubes (not the areas lit using the incandescent redheads). The flickering happens at a rate of 10 cycles per second (every 3rd frame). Funnily 4 people did not not notice any problem on the monitor while filming was in progress!
Any ideas how to get rid of it, please? We're using Premiere Pro 2.0 and using the settings for HDV 1080i 30 (Sony 60i).
