OK, I just bought two V1s and I'm trying to set up all of the assignable buttons on the cameras. How do I assign shot trans to buttons 1 thru 3?

I push MENU -> OTHERS -> ASSIGN BTN -> ASSIGN 1 ->
I see all of the functions listed in the manual on page 43, but no SHOT TRANS. WTF? Do I have to enable something elsewhere to get shot trans to be assignable?

You must activate SHOT TRANS elsewhere (I think it is in the main CAMERA menu - don't remember now). The three buttons gets assigned automatically; when you switch SHOT TRANS off, their previous assignement is restored.

Go to the main menu under exposure and turn on shot trans. Then you can assign the buttons
