hello everyone...

has anyone had experience with purchasing a refurbished XL2...

i have bought alot of other refurb product in my life and have never really had an issue with it. is it as simple as going into a camera pro shop and asking them to get you a refurbed one to buy ?

if anyone could chime in here that would be nice

I bought one from B&H a month ago as a second camera, its condition was listed as used and rated at a 10. It looked like a new camera no scratches or blemishes.

I used it the last two weekends shooting auditions with no problems it worked like a brand new camera. It came in a refurb box with all the same accessories the new camera came with.

My experience as been great, however as always YMMV.

I bought a Refurbished XL2 about 2 months ago from Willoughbys in New York. They shipped it quick and it was factory sealed from Canon. I couldn't tell the difference between it and a brand new one. It also came with all the accessories. Packed as new. I am very pleased with it. Hope this helps. J
