I do audio recordings of subjects and was wondering if I can have both audio and pictures on a CD (to provide clearer explanations).

If the listener plays the CD on a CD player they get the audio. If they play it on a computer they get the audio and the pictures.

Can this be done and whaat program would I use?

What you are looking to create is a 'Mixed mode' CD. One program that can do this on a Mac is Roxio Toast. There are probably lots of others.
