I am encountering a very annoying problem.
When I set up several MiniDV tapes for batch capture, the time code resets itself on the captured media to 00:00:00;00, regardless of the actual timecode on the tape. This only happens when I set up more than one tape for batch capture and switch them out as FCP asks for the next tape.
When I set up a batch capture for only one tape the time code remains true to the timecode on the tape. This however makes the capture process longer than it needs to be.
If you have a solution please let me know! I really need to figure this out before I continue and edit.
Thank you!
