My Canon HV20 is arriving from B&H tomorrow and I will be matching it it with the Sony HVR-DR60 HD external HDV recorder for (hopefully) a tapeless aquisition solution... kind of ironic that the HVR-DR60 is almost 50% more expensive than the camera itself but for my workflow, and used to my Panny HVX200, tape is a no-go anymore. Let's hope both Canon and Sony hardware talk to each other without problems and I will post both my impressions on the camera and the workflow of working with the HVR-DR60.
