I've made a universal counting leader for use in premiere pro or any other editing solution you use. Its 5sec test image with -12dB tone, then adobes counter from 8 to 2 with -6dB beeps at each second, 2 sec black, then a small white circle in the upper right corner to mark video start at the last frame.
I guess anyone using PPro2.0 can make this themselves, but here's one ready made for you:
