Hi guys,
This belongs more on a cinematography forum but I trust you guys. I have a 35mm adapter and a collection of lenses for my FX1, however this just has to do with lens use in general. Am I noticing correctly that in many productions, a wide angle like 28mm is used most, and not a normal lens despite the name? I use my 55mm lens a lot because it's the nicest one I have and I find the framing can be good since it's a normal lens...but...I'm really clueless.
I feel like if I could be a fly on the shoulder of any real pro DP and see what lenses he uses when, my shooting would change drastically for the better.
Could anyone clear this up for me?
