I'm waiting on my book and might order the hvx boot camp dvd. (anyone have any experience with these dvds)
But my bigger question is getting HD signal out of a final cut edit so you can see true (or almost true) 16:9 hd. I know that lots of lcds can reproduce 720 resolution. But it get real expensive for 1080 stuff.
Is there a way to kick out a signal using the camera or a converter to a cheaper lcd tv?
What are the specs?
When you come out of the camera/ with the analog component cable, will that give a high def image?
Can you use the camera as a go between? from FCP to LCD
It's all new... fun... and expensive!
Newbie getting his feet wet.
