I'm very interested in these adapters, but have a few concerns first, and would like to hear as many opinions as possible.

1-The biggest concern is quality/type of bokeh, mainly, does it look like a guassian blur, or is it clean?

2-How sturdy is the adapter?

3-weight balance throughout the camera with this adapter

4-what lens mount and why?

5-light loss

For light loss, a very rough rule of thumb is to rate it f16 at f16 and f3.5 for f1.8. Or regard the Letus35/XLH1 combination as a 80ASA to 100ASA daylight film stock.

1) Bokeh is pretty clean. I have posted compressed footage. Everybody has different taste -

2) sturdy enough that I don't use rails

3) with the adapter and a Nikon lens it is maybe a bit hevier than the stock lens

4) it has interchangable/flipable Canon/Nikon mount

5) Light loss: There is some. but I doubt as much if you used an adapter over a stocklens

Great! Thanks guys, I've looked at tons of footage so far and reviewed all the comments. The pictures out of this thing look Beautiful! Very clean bokeh, i love the whole look of these clips.
