I'm based in the UK and have the sennhesier g2 radio mic kit. I find it breaks up when someone is talking normally - not when they are shouting. To stop this from happening I've dropped the dbs on the mic transmitter to its lowest -30dbs and also lowered the dbs on my Z1 also. this gets rid of the break up but is it normal? Am i missing something?
I had a note from a producer to say the sound from the mic wasn't as good as it could be. Perhaps this is just the tie mic but if its the v.low dbs I need to rectify this.
Any thoughts would be very helpful.
Thanks, Neil
