Have anyone used this screen? I used to use EE-S and the result is satisfying. But for practical reason I need to use smaller aperture(f4-f5.6) in order to prevent too swallow DOF. So I'm considering changing to EE-A. But I heard that it is very difficult to manual focus and the bokeh is ugly. Anyone could post some picture to show how ugly is the bokeh from this screen? It is a vibrating design. Will EE-A screen more preferable?

I`ve used EE-A screen (as well as EE-S, Nikon D100 and Beattie) in my adaptor designs and it seems that when used with apertures like f2.8 or better yet with f4 they all produce so called proper bokeh. The so called bad bokeh is just that the out of focus areas are out of focus - no visible sharp edged light discs is OOF areas.

As a side note the SGpro achromat somehow affects the images from such screens so that edge bokeh occurs even when the lens are wide open (like f1.4) but that must be associated with it`s field curvature and astigmatism. But somehow I can`t get rid of it`s vignetting when used with frensel focusing screens and Canon XH series camcorder but then again it could be associated with my will to accommodate the whole assembly into a tube too small in diameter.

The red dot screen's pretty darn good. It's my favorite in my opinion.
