Not exactly a media topic, but it can save you some headache and some money... Telemarketers will receive cell phone listings soon and will start calling your cell phone. I never understood why here in the States I have to pay for my received calls, but I have to... and so do you... ah, good old Europe, you guys can talk all day long on received calls, for free!

Anyway, we can go to www.donotcall.gov and ban the bad guys for five years for free - just go and register.

The last time I looked at the DoNotCall web site (last month) they said that cell phone numbers were NOT at risk. Has something changed?

Not necessarily. Not if they call from a landline, for instance. Not if they call from another provider, either, I think.

Fer sure not if they call from another country.
