Has anybody used Retimer with AfterEffects?

When I try to apply the effect, I get a red screen, and I don't know why. Other people have gotten this too, and RealViz's forums are a joke... nobody responds, and they're full of spam.

Actually, I just figured it out. Retimer has a setting called alpha channel render, which needs to be set to off.

The retiming results are pretty amazing though despite crappy support.
