sorry to bother you with this, but I just ordered my F350 and wanted to double check with you about my actual "viewing possibilities".

I have the Sony MFM-HT205 HD-Ready LCD monitor at home (specs are listed on this site: http://www.sonystyle.com/is-bin/,INTERSHOP.enfinity/eCS/Store/en/-/USD/SY_DisplayProductInformation-Print?ProductSKU=MFMHT205) and wanted to check which connection situation I will be having. Supposing I use my HD-SDI output on the camera I would need to buy something like a Blackmagic Design HDLink to bring the full HDTV signal onto my screen, am I right? Or is there another way?

You'll need some method of converting HDSDI to component or HDMI for hooking up your HDTV.
