I'm trying to locate the sensor for the remote control by looking at the different pics of the just released HV-20 on the net but I cannot finding it.

Is it on the back like the HV-10?

Also the rocker wheel on the Left side towards the front of the lens next to the focus button, is that the Manual focus equivalent of the ring focus?

Thanks
Luis

It looks like the IR sensor is right on the front. That rocker switch on the side is used for manual focus.

It's not a rocker -- it's a roller.

(I used to be a rocker roller, but that was twenty years ago!)

I hope you are right. I have more use for a front IR sensor you can trigger the camera, use the zoom as well as the playback features.
