Stu Holmes January 25th, 2007, 10:58 AM But where do you get the blank media? Unless i've missed something obvious, umm, blu-ray recordable and re-writable disk have been available for a long time - since about May or something at B&H : http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=Search&A=details&Q=&sku=422013&is=REG&addedTroughType=search http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=Search&A=details&Q=&sku=422012&is=REG&addedTroughType=search plus others at B&H besides the above two. Chris Luker January 25th, 2007, 12:56 PM Comp USA has blank Blu-ray media too... was surprised to see that. Steve Nunez January 25th, 2007, 05:46 PM wow $50 for 50GB disc.......not cheap! Hard drives are literally less expensive. Christopher Witz January 26th, 2007, 06:02 AM cool.... but my gut tells me to go hddvd for some reason.... I remember buying my 1st cd burner back in 94... $1200 bucks and 2X write times..... I think it was a HP. But hay... at the time I could get $50 for a disk.... and I hated those zip and jaz drives, so the cd burner was my new best friend. |
