Hey Everyone,
You will see me posting all over the place as I am in the market for my first good upgrade camera...
I see the XL2 has 1/3inch CCD....that being said, is pixel rate super high?
Also...with these factors...how does she perform in lower light situations?
I shoot motion against sunset skies and low light fields sometimes...and these factors are important to me regarding performance.
Thanks, All

Hi Chuck, I'm not sure what you mean by "pixel rate," but the low light topic falls within the category of frequently asked questions. Just browse through the forum or search for something specific, either way, there is a wealth of information already here. Plenty of existing topics cover XL2 low light performance... just dig in.

Chuck, take a look at my post "XL2 footage"
The first video in the first post and the one in the last post are shooted at night; both without planning anything and without additional lights.

Chris,
Thanks for the activation and advice. I tend to get lazy...so I figured I would post here and see what the line brought up. As far as pixel rate, I mean rez of the CCDs...found the info on its quality. Thanks.
Michele,
Good stuff...thanksabunch!
