hi everybody,
i want to replace the sony mic on the dsr-pd150.
i did often hear that beyerdynamic mics work better with sony cams than the sennheiser stuff does.
does anyone have expierence with the "mce-87vs" from beyerdynamic or has a good suggestion what to buy?

The most popular is the Sennheiser ME66/K6 setup. Ot retails for around $380 from some of the more established etailers like B&H. I'm quite sure Dvinfo has some sponsors with a good price.
