Sony's Cine Frame 30 on the Z1 emulates the 30P look on 60i; The V1 shoots true progressive scan at 30P. What happens later in FCP? Will footage cut together nicely - even though it's interlace vs. progressive?
I've got a multi camera concert shoot with four Z1 cameras and one V1 camera. I want the 30p look which I have gotten in the past on multi camera Z1 shoots. Is the V1 the fly in the ointment?
Too late to ditch the V1 - Should I set all cameras to 1080i and achieve the 30p look in FCP (is that possible?)
thanks,
