I'm looking to get a basic microphone stand for recording nature ambience sounds and narration. I'll mainly be using an audio-technica AT-822 microphone. I also don't need a boom on it. Could anybody reccomend a type of stand that is relatively light, portable, durable, tripod based (improves versatility), and under $100. I don't want to spend too much on a stand, as I mainly do video work. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Or, a Lowel Uni Senior light stand goes to seven feet and has a 5/8" stud to mount other lights on when you need that. It collapses very nicely and doesn't weigh much.
