I'm wanting to reach Cineform concerning de-activization of my ConnectHD license. I've sent two emails directly to Cineform with no response. I can provide my license and activation key, but, I can't provide my machine ID. This seems to be sufficient cause for Cineform to ignore my pleas for help.
Over the holidays, my hard drive crashed and my motherboard appears to be affected, or visa versa. I'm rebuilding a newer system, however, since I no longer have access to my OS, I can't automatically de-activate my ConnectHD license, so that I can transfer it to my new computer.
