David Bird September 6th, 2008, 03:20 PM Hi folks...
A dear friend of mine passed away and his widow has finally inventoried his equipment. She asked me to help her dispose of the stuff, so here it is. Some of the equipment has value, some has ? We would like to sell all as a package, but will entertain offers on the various items. I will be adding a JVC SD 1/2" 3ccd video cam as soon as I confirm the model number.
Thanks for your interest. - David Bird

Ken Grohs September 6th, 2008, 04:12 PM Looking around for either a JVC GY-HD100U(A) or GY-HD110U camera.
Would like it if it also had either the Anton-Bauer or IDX battery setup, a DR-1000, and as much of the original accessories and packaging as possible.
Willing to look at other prospects, though.
Thought I had a deal going with one of our members here, but haven't heard anything of substance, so I'm on the prowl again.
Preferably would like to deal with someone either in the US or Canada.
If you're interested in selling please let me know what you have, what you're looking to get and photos would also be great!
Thanks!
-Ken

Gints Klimanis September 6th, 2008, 07:47 PM Sony FX1 with one year remaining on the *transferable* three year Sony Service/Accidental Damage Contract. I am the original owner of this FX1 purchased from BH Photo in October 2006, and I bought the three year service contract from the Sony Store. I wish the FX1 had an hours meter to show the low usage, but this function is only on the Z1U. The FX1 was a backup Angle2 camera, so it never saw much action. It record about ten tapes and functioned as a Firewire Capture machine for about thirty tapes made on the Z1U. Used only with Sony HDV tapes - never mixed with other tape brands. Included are all original accessories, manual, box and original NP-F570 and additional maximum capacity NP-F970 battery .
See FX1 features here: HDR-FX1 and HVR-Z1U Feature Set Comparison (http://www.hdvinfo.net/articles/sonyhdrfx1/compare.php)
Will ship only to PayPal-confirmed addresses in Continental USA.
Local pickup/payment ok in San Francisco Bay Area possible

Send me email with an offer if you're interested.

Nick Hiltgen September 7th, 2008, 10:08 AM Cleaning up stuff I'm not using anymore.
MXO, with cables and all of the stuff, I think I even have the box if you want it shipped that way. New it's 950, (or 850 with student discount) Looking for @800
HD-LInk SDI to DVI converter, works great again comes with cables and box apple cinema display available as well, retails for 410 Looking for @325 for the link, 850 for link and display (note display has been dropped-ish so the case has seperated slightly, Image display is still ok).
Filters
4x5.65 Promist 2 In excellent shape, does a little too much for my needs, barely used pictures available upon request. retails for 320 make an offer!
4x5.65 Warm Promist 1/4 used during the filming of the miss hawaiian tropic contest, and some episodes of bikini destinations, don't plan on doing more of those so don't need it. Again in great shape, retails for 320 make an offer
4x5.65 Black promist 1 in great shape as well too much of an effect for me, don't need it,
Again retails for 320 again make an offer.
138mm Schneider True-Pol used once for about 15 minutes, love it but to get a 138 holder for my mattebox would be another 300-500 bucks so I'm jsut going to get a 4x5.65 pola. This is 292 new get it cheaper (still have the box!) for 250
Probably more stuff to come as I continue to clean out the closet and scale back my gear!
If you want pictures of any of this stuff please let me know and I'll take some for you.
Stu Siegal September 7th, 2008, 11:17 AM bump - still there, going to ebay soon
Augie Arredondo September 7th, 2008, 11:51 AM This is the older indie dolly, not the new sit down one. It comes with dolly, 4 3foot sections of straight track, and soft case. It has some cosmetic scratches but the everything works great. Just used it on a Lexus job with a Red camera and the client was very pleased. The grip lost my thumbscrews for the tracks, but those are standard sized can be had for about a dollar from Home Depot.
Looking for $450 plus shipping. Local pickup would be preferred as this setup is farily large and heavy(in shipping terms).

Jerome Cloninger September 7th, 2008, 03:08 PM When did they start shipping HDMI cables with a HDMI-less camera?
Why are you selling?
Loren Simons September 7th, 2008, 03:19 PM The mixer is not in new condition. I'll be selling as is, the problems i've found are followed:
4 Channels "Solo lights" are always on unless you wiggle the solo button.
The "Send to" channel 1-2 seem to be mono on almost all the channels, while the 3-4 one works fine.
When the solo button is on any track (not just the light lit up, but button pressed down) it doesn't seem to work solo mode.

Matt Ryan September 8th, 2008, 09:55 AM Matt, did you change your email address. I can't seem to reach you.
Amos I have been extremely busy at work and unable to quickly reply to emails.
I am trying to sell as much of a "package" as I can before I will start selling off individual components. I am waiting to see if someone needs a complete camera package. If I do not get any offers then I will sell individually immediately.
Adam Rench September 8th, 2008, 10:11 AM Hey everyone. I picked this up for a short I was going to make last year and I eventually ended up not shooting the short.
The Flowpod (http://varizoom.com/products/stabilizers/vzfp.html) stabilizer sells new for $499. It is out of the box and I don't have the original packing. I do not have the low angle kit. The DV Sportster (http://varizoom.com/products/stabilizers/vzdvsport.html) sells new for $799 and I don't have the original packing for that either. Both are in perfect shape. I've hooked up my equipment to it and was practicing with it to get the hang of it but that's as far I went with it so it's a great deal. Total for this new is $1300 roughly. I'll sell for $800 ($850 for Paypal fees and shipping w/ insurance).
PM me if interested. I'd like to sell it here rather than on ebay. :)
Thanks
Zsolt Gordos September 8th, 2008, 10:28 AM Any battery charger?
Ted OMalley September 8th, 2008, 10:29 AM I'm an idiot.
Well, in this case, anyway.
While my brand new Sony EX3 was on it's way, I began ordering some peripherals. One of these was this 561B fluid head tripod - great reputation. I received it prior to the camera and instantly fell in love with it! it has a pan head built into the three-footed monopod base and a very smooth fluid tilt built into the head. Plus, it extends like a boom! More information can be found here:
Bogen / Manfrotto | 561B Fluid Video Monopod | 561B | B&H Photo (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/487696-REG/Bogen_Manfrotto_561B_561B_Fluid_Video_Monopod.html)
Anyway, last month I bought if for $250, and upon receiving my EX3, and attaching my long-life battery to it, I quickly learned that this tripod was designed for a smaller camera. So, I have to sell it.
This is unused! I attached my camera to it one time, realized it wouldn't work, and put it back away. I'm hoping to get $200 for it - as it is BRAND NEW. I'll pay shipping in CONUS, but INTL will have to pay shipping themselves (this is a great deal for those with metric dollars - it becomes half-price!) INTL will also be responsible for any duties/taxes applicable.
You can email me at: ted@tntintegration.com

I can't say enough about this lens on the HD100. Incredible sharpness, smooth control, incredibly wide. Used in a professional environment for approximately 2 years. The only signs of wear are on the grip just above the VTR button and does not affect performance. I am selling because I now use an XDCam HD F330. Below are some specs:
* The "Th" in the model name indicates this lens is for 1/3" cameras, like the HD100, HD110, HD200, HD250.
* Iris is f1.4 to f16
* The focal-length range is 3.5mm to 46mm with a minimum object distance of 0.4 meters, or about 1.3 feet.
* Filter size is 82mm
* Zoom can be motorized or manual (engaged/disengaged with the flick of a switch)
* Iris can be set for automatic or manual
* Focus is completely manual
* Flangeback adjustment and Macro mode.
Pics and details available on my website Bassline Digital, LLC (http://www.basslinedigital.com/sale/)
Webb Pickersgill September 8th, 2008, 05:40 PM This camera package was used in a professional manner for approximately 2 years. Never subjected to sand, water, or other harsh conditions. Cosmetically it is in near-perfect shape. A few small blemishes: the casing for the viewfinder has a small crack in it, which with a little research you'll find is typical for this model. Also the foam covering the tip of the microphone is torn. Inside the camera, the usage meters read: Drum Hour: 183h, Fan Hour: 353h Of course these are subject to change slightly from the time of this post until the camera is sold. Contact us if you want to know the exact reading. We are asking $3200 for the package below. Please contact us if you have any questions about what is included.
* JVC GY-HD100UA Camera Body with Th16x5.5BRMU Fujinon ProHD Lens
* Includes stock JVC microphone.
* JVC battery, charger, and manual
* Padded Portabrace camera case with shoulder strap
* Anton-Bauer Mount. (No A/B Bricks, sorry)
* Chrosziel 401-64 base plate with 15mm lightweight support rails (no matte box, just support system and rails)
* Porta Brace RS-HD100 rain slicker (never used)
* Includes 10x Panasonic AY-DVM63PQ Tapes
Visit my website Bassline Digital, LLC (http://www.basslinedigital.com/sale/) for pictures and more information. Thanks.
