I am VERY very tempted...

Brian, he has it for $2699 over at this thread: http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/private-classifieds/129008-wts-xha1-mint-cond-2699-a.html and it appears he's been trying to sell it since March. Something a little fishy.

Nothing fishy. Just trying to sell, but I am always torn as part of me thinks I should sell and the other part always wants to keep it.

Hi Alex,

Would it be possible to add a 2nd Black Magic Intensity card and run the included On-Air software?

That way it could be a portable switcher with recording capability.

Alex Raskin

I don't know whether TWO Intensity cards will work or not.

Motherboard does support two PCI Express devices, if you look at the specs.

Mobo: ASUS P5B-VM SE LGA 775 (supports up to quad-core, and up to 8Gb RAM)

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 Conroe 3.0GHz 4M L2 Cache LGA 775

I have 2Gb RAM installed, and one Intensity HDMI capture card. Works fine.

I have a Brand New Tiffen Video filter kit for 43mm cameras (Hv30, HV20, etc.) that I bought today that I now need to sell.

Tiffen | 43mm Video Intro (DLX 3 Filter) Kit | 43DFK3 | B&H (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/163489-REG/Tiffen_43DFK3_43mm_Video_Intro_DLX.html)

I want to keep it, but I need to get a larger diameter thread filter kit and I threw the box away for this set (stupid me), so I can't return it now.

$25 + shipping for anyone interested. Thanks.

Can that SKP-100 transmitter be used with a Sony UWP series receiver?

Scott Hayes

that's a good question which I don't know the answer to. if they were on the same
frequency, they might work together.

Sorry, the answer is no.

You need a Sennheiser receiver to work with a Sennheiser transmitter.

I have a great XL-2 setup that I am going to piece out in order to sell. This camera has worked flawlessly. Never had any issues with dropouts or mechanical problems, dead pixels, etc. Heads regularly cleaned. ONLY Sony premium tapes have been used in this camera. Fantastic camera, great colors, sharp.

For sale:

--- Canon XL2 with 20x lens, battery, strap, remote, sunshade, lens/body caps, users manual. $2000
*There was some rubbing on the viewfinder and on the aperture control 'nub' from the Storm Case foam I kept the camera in. This caused the rubber coating to peel off on the front of the finder. It is purely cosmetic. See photo #3.

--- Chrosziel 4x4 matte box, lightweight support rails, follow focus, rotating filter holder, 4x4 glass Tiffen circular polarizer in soft case, 72-85mm step-up ring, 72mm UV filter, 16x9 matte, french flags, plate for XL2 (plates for mounting other cameras to the matte box can be purchased from 16x9 inc). $1600

--- Canon 16x manual servo lens. Clean, perfect glass. $800

Here's a shot of the above items all setup together (minus the dual battery holder and tripod of course). I will sell all of the above as a package for $4100
http://www.sixlinefilms.com/xl2/XL2_1.jpg

Also for sale:

--- EWA Marine soft housing for Canon XL1 (XL2 *could* fit if you remove the shoulder support, although I haven't tried it). Included: soft case, 2lb divers weight, weight holder, desiccant, various step-up rings $350
*I only used this thing twice. Both times it was properly washed and dried. No leaks or tears present.

Pickup in Austin, TX is preferred (or I'll meet you within a reasonable distance), but I will ship. Buyer pays actual shipping and insurance. Your choice of shipping methods (UPS, Fedex, etc). I prefer cash or cashiers check. Any personal checks will have to clear before shipping.

Please email me or post here with any questions. Thanks!

I wanted to let everyone my pleasure with Dave Uriate's service associated with the sale of his teleprompter. He offered superb support through all phases of the sale (presale questions and negotiation, packaging/shipping, billing, and post-sales support).

I'm upgrading to a larger rig so I'm selling the V25.

It's been a brilliant system and very flexible - you can basically fly any video or S16 camera on it. I haven't tried but it should handle a Red One without too many tons of accessories.

The sled and arm come in a large Storm flight case.

I can also supply a perfect C-stand for £85 and 4 Sony V-Locks for £80 each with the rig. The batteries are in great shape, one powered the rig all day yesterday on a 12 hour shoot with a lot of Steadicam.

The rig is in near perfect condition. There are a few tiny scuff marks around the gimbal from docking. Operationally it is like new.

I am about to VAT register, so if it is bought after I do, I'll be looking for £4500 GBP plus VAT @17.5%. If I am selling outside the UK VAT may not need to be added.

Call me on 07773 179773 for more info/pictures or email: mmarriage@orange.net

Rig is in the UK near London (Chelmsford) and I will ship worldwide if the buyer pays.

On a semi-related note: Dave and Michael, I would LOVE a hands on review of the prompter as I am looking at buying a Prompter People prompter in the next two months. E-mail or respond where appropriate, if you are willing. Thanks in advance and regards!

Edit: I should have mentioned I DID read Dave's commentary above, I was just wondering if, now that it is sold, if there were any niggles in set-up or counterbalancing, imperfections in the acrylic, would he buy acrylic again if he were to buy etc. And of course, interested in Michael's feedback.

Hey Guys,
I have successfully sold my first thing on these forums last week and I realized how easy it was. Now its time for more stuff to go since I need some cash.

I am selling my JVC DV Deck (JVC | BR-DV3000U Professional DV Compact Editing VTR (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/443750-REG/JVC_BRDV3000UB_BR_DV3000U_Professional_DV_Compact.html))

It runs new for 1499. I bought this early in the year. It has never been in a dusty room and has captured less then 10 tapes. All the same brand. I primarily used it as a pass through device, transferring vhs to the computer. It is in PERFECT condition except for a tiny scratch on the top which is barely noticeable.

Its new $1499, and this is in perfect condition and barely used so I'm looking for $800 or best offer. Let me know
